Telephone support

  • We offer both free basic and premium telephone support.

    1. Free limited telephone support is primarily intended for enrollment support on the insurance exchange or other services that are contracted with OnlineAdviser service. Free telephone support is limited to the adviser's time available for accepting incoming calls and is meant to supplement rather than replace email support.
    2. Premium support allows you to pre-schedule time with the adviser for any consumer financial topic.
    3. Instructions for accessing both types of telephone support are sent after registration for OnilneAdviser support.
  • Telephone support is most useful after you visit an enrollment Web site and obtain basic insurance information about availability, pricing, coverage, exclusions and available options. Certain functions including delivery of pricing, required disclosures and enrollment cannot be completed by telephone.

    1. Telephone support does not replace the insurance exchange requirement for access to a personal computer and a personal email account. At this time, few if any health insurance plans are accessible with a mobile phone browser.
